Brand new Boutique functional training space for small group training and 1:1 personal training.

Situated in Knapwell, 5 minutes from Cambourne on the outskirts of Cambridge.

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

Daily trainer led sessions for maximum 10 people per class ensuring every member gets the support and attention they need.

Each session is designed for all abilities to work through at their own pace with the support of one the coaching team

WEEKLY PROGRAMME

Monday and Friday:

GAS- Engine work working with ergs DBs, KBs, and anything functional

Tuesday and Thursday :

LOADED - Working on the main compound lifts and lifting heavy.

Wednesday:

HYROX -Perfect for anyone thinking about Hyrox or signed up to a Hyrox race

Saturday:

CHALLENGE -A taste of OUTTRAIN, Solo, Paired or team work using Synchro work, AMRAPs, Chippers, YGIG work & EMOMs to help you put in practise all you learn through the week.

Small group sessions : Maximum 8-10 people per session.

6.00am, 12:00 and 6pm Mon - Fri | 8am Saturdays.
